village, Karlovac, Karlovac County The area is located at the northern outskirts of Sajevac village between the houses and Mekusanski meadow. Sajevac area is located only 4km southeast from the center of Karlovac cit, which is the primary crossing point for thousands of tourists during the season going to the coast and returning to Zaghreb. This year, five people were killed and six others were wounded by different mines in the area. The last incident occurred March 17th when a local man stepped on a PMA-2 mine.
